Opening in 2008, Sage has been on the carousel of evolution ever since. What was a single offering casual style restaurant grew both in stature and size as the years progressed. From casual dining to ultra fine. In 2012, there was the addition of The Greenroom café. Nationally acclaimed, multi award winning Sage seemed to have their path set. But there were twists in the tale. Fast forward to 2020, Sage has now evolved into a Funky Neighbourhood style restaurant with a Food store, Sage 2go. Offering a style of food to suit everyone, a relaxed space both inside and outside where you can kick back and enjoy the culinary delights of multi award winning chef Kevin Aherne. His focus now to bring you food that is packed with flavour and accessible for everyone to enjoy.

Sage offers a multitude of dining options inc private hire for events both inside and outside . They can also cater offsite with Sage 2GO.  Kevin his Wife Reidin & 2 Children, Cuan & Lia really want Sage to be a space for everyone to enjoy. Its a sound choice.
