SAGE restaurant is located in Midleton’s art & craft hub
at The Courtyard, Midleton. Housed in a beautifully renovated
stone building, SAGE offers diners a quiet and relaxed setting
for a unique dining experience.
Chef and proprietor Kevin Aherne creates menus that bring a
contemporary twist to traditional dishes and demonstrate his
commitment to sourcing produce from local suppliers.
SAGE is open for Lunch from Tuesday to Sunday 12-3pm.
We serve Breakfast on Saturday mornings from 9 – 11.15am &
Brunch from 11-3pm on Sundays. Early Bird is served from 5.30-7pm
on Thursday, Friday & Saturday night followed by Dinner from 7-9pm.
